Once your order has been received, it will be processed by our Online Orders Department. They will have someone from our Shipping & Receiving Department reach out to you by either telephone or email to confirm your order and set up delivery of your furniture. There are four options available to you: Warehouse Pick-Up, Standard Delivery, Same-Day Delivery or Next-Day Delivery.
You have the option to pick up your furniture from our Warehouse, located in North Phoenix, Arizona. When our Shipping & Receiving Department contacts you to set up delivery of your furniture, please advise them that you would like pick up your furniture from our Warehouse. When speaking with your representative, please let them know if you would like your items left in their boxes. Your representative will let you know when your furniture will be available for pick up. Please be aware that DiscountPatio.com cannot accept responsibility for damage to furniture or vehicles due to the loading and packing on non-delivered items. DiscountPatio.com will not provide tie-down service of any kind due to liability issues. You will need to bring your own tie downs, bungee chords, and packing blankets to safely secure your purchase.
Our standard delivery fee is $119. When you speak with our Shipping & Receiving Department and advise that you would like our standard delivery, they will work with you to find a day and time that is convenient for you within our available delivery zones, based on zip codes in the state of Arizona. Your delivery fee will be charged separately.
If you place your order before 2:00pm AZ time, you have the option of Same-Day Local Delivery. The fee for same-day delivery is $299. Please advise our Shipping & Receiving department that you would like to schedule same-day delivery when they contact you to set up your delivery date and time. Your delivery fee will be charged separately.
If your order is received after 2:00pm AZ time, you also have the option of Next-Day Local Delivery. The fee for next-day delivery is $199. Please advise our Shipping & Receiving department that you would like to schedule next-day delivery when they contact you to set up your delivery date and time. Your delivery fee will be charged separately.
If you are not located in the state of Arizona, your purchase will be shipped to you via FedEx, UPS or common freight carrier. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number for your order and an estimated date of delivery for your purchase.
